As part of the renewed measures against the spread of the Corona virus, until further notice the “Veteran of the Day” will be walking the Sunset March on the bridge De Oversteek alone.

The Sunset March board has reluctantly decided that it is precisely the magnificent aspect that people or groups join the veteran every evening at sunset. This unsympathetic decision was made to prevent the virus from spreading and for the safety of the “Veteran of the Day”. The Sunset March continues, but the veteran walks alone and no participants are allowed to accompany the veteran. A clear sign is placed on the bridge: no followers during the sunset march.
